Note: Before you begin, make sure your LG refrigerator is compatible with the SmartThinQ app, and your smartphone or tablet has the app installed.
Download the SmartThinQ App:
- Go to your device’s app store (Google Play Store for Android or Apple App Store for iOS).
- Search for “LG SmartThinQ” and download the app.
- Open the SmartThinQ App:
- Launch the SmartThinQ app on your smartphone or tablet.
- Create or Sign In to Your LG Account:
- If you don’t have an LG account, you’ll need to create one. If you already have one, sign in.
- Add Your Refrigerator:
- Tap the “+” or “Add Appliance” button in the app.
- Select Refrigerator:
- From the list of available appliances, select “Refrigerator.”
